When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored.our currency is other than US dollars.
Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has NOT been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email (email@example.com) within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has already been shipped out, we unfortunately can no longer make modifications to your order.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized.
If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of $3.00 regardless of the time order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
You will receive an order confirmation via email containing the details of your order. In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (e.g. #ALXXXXX), and a list of the item(s) you have ordered.
We always recommend to our valued customers to check their SPAM/FOLDER (as sometimes instead of getting it in your inbox, it is automatically went to your SPAM/FOLDER) if you have not received an order confirmation within 24-48 hours. If you still cannot find it there, please feel free to contact our Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send it to you right away. Upon sending us an email, please kindly provide you complete name and email address you used when you place your order.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your order then your order will be ready to ship out. It usually takes between 2-3 weeks for shipping to the US and 3-5 weeks for other international countries, depending on your location and stock status. Please note that delivery time may be longer due to the high demand of our items and customs of the destination country .

If the order did not arrive please contact us and we will look for a solution as soon as possible. There are two types of items Atas Lifestyle sells, and they have slightly different Refund Policies:
Retail Items: If the product does not satisfy you, please email us so we can determine if your claim is illegible for refund.. If the item is defective, we will either replace it at no cost for you, or you can send it back to us so that we may decide for a full refund. There is a full 30-day refund guarantee in case of a defective item.
Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You only pay for the shipping cost, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually to the shipping of the item.
We always try to look for the highest quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products being damaged in transit. If this happens, we are truly sorry. We need a proof from you that shows the item/s that it is damaged or defective. A clear photo or short video will be a great help. After we received the proof from you, we will file a claim in your behalf. As per our policy, we will replace damaged product first.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your order number and what happened to the product. If it complies with our Return/Refund policy we will gladly send you a new item.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
